Refund Policy

Returns

JOHFIS offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at info@johfis.com with your order number. Approved returns should be shipped to our returns warehouse at: 5050 E 2nd St, Casper, WY 82609.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as gift cards, personalized products, and final-sale items may not be eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings may only be returned if unopened and unworn.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact info@johfis.com immediately so we can make it right.
